Ava believes that excellent care begins with a commitment to continuous education and advanced training. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2014 and is a graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy, where she completed an intensive 825-hour clinical massage therapy program.
Her passion for specialized therapeutic care led her to pursue advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage using the Vodder Method, one of the most respected lymphatic therapy techniques in the world.
In 2025, Ava further expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS). This certification allows her to provide advanced lymphatic care for clients experiencing swelling, post-surgical recovery needs, and lymphatic system dysfunction.
Through ongoing training in multiple therapeutic modalities, Ava continues to refine her approach to provide personalized care that supports each client’s unique healing process.
